Garlic Seasoned Loaf Bread
A couple days ago I made two loaves of white bread using the Betty Crocker recipe in the book. Pretty basic bread but turned out great. The two loaves lasted less than 36 hours in the house. The recipe is here : https://bitznbitez.wordpress.com/2012/04/02/flour-and-yeastie-beasties/
Tonight I made a second batch since I had enough flour still on hand anyway. To spice things up a bit I modified the recipe by adding 1.5 tsp of garlic powder. Garlic makes everything better. I wasn’t sure how much to put in so while I had all the dry ingredients in the bowl I added the garlic a bit at a time, mixed it in, then tasted the mix till the garlic was at the strength I wanted. Feel free to adjust the amount you add if you wish to try this.
