Down 10 Pounds !!!

About halfway thru what I hope will be my lifespan I decided I must loose some weight.   I’m not much overweight but it finally became necessary.

After two weeks I am now down 10 lbs, never been hungry, and feeling great.

The low carb, grains, sugars, legumes/high protein fat and veggie approach works and is healthy.
