Reading2Day: The Vegetarian Myth — Lierre Keith
This book is very fascinating to me. I began life as a vegetarian, and remained so until I was in 8th grade or so. The philosophy behind our families vegetarianism was the health advantages. The author of this book was primarily motivated by morality. In the end we both came to the same conclusion. The way this author deals with food production, the cycle of life, morality, and so on is mind bending. Its a good read even if you don’t agree with the author.
